Lumberjack Nick makes SUPER BLOOD

Weekly Edition 005

Last week I shared the first 8 pages of thumbnails which revealed the title of the comic: SUPER BLOOD.

This is reference to the super blood wolf moon that occurred on January 20th 2019. I opted to drop “wolf moon” off of the moon’s full name as “super blood” is a bit snappier and less of a mouthful. That being said the comic does have a subtitle: An Occurrence Under a Wolf Moon.

I have plans of making a series of 13 comics that all correlate with one the monthly full moon’s names (each full moon has a name, January’s just happens to be called Wolf Moon…for whatever reason). So the subtitle is a way to connect the other comics in the series: An Occurrence Under a Snow Moon, An Occurrence Under a Worm Moon, etc.

Anyhow, this past week I got through a few more pages of thumbnails. Not as many as I had hoped, but regardless I’m pretty happy with how they turned out. These are pages 8-11
